Bird Pump

wild greens and

dirty vitamins particles

all in the air while I'm

hanging out with the

sparrow with the very

buff arms

gnawing on minerals

I bulk up land

forms              I am very buff

arms to a sparrow's teeny

eyes                chewing leafs

I become very buff arms

to me              to my

gigantic eyes there is

nothing I could not

lift or eat but

my small dense buff

arm friend who

flew to the edge of the

            meadow retrieved a whole

tree log placed it on my

dinner plate and I watched bad

            dirt from the roots

fall and settle sending up clay

hearts for my big strong head

MR OLYMPIA LOOKS AT A MIRROR

SIX MONTHS BEFORE A COMPETITION

Having long ago having

      done what it did

          take for ending

      being a boy it seems

               gazing at the

          raw meaty facts

               I require

       a difference of

                2 arms 2

     legs & 1,000 pounds

        Glowing bicep.. that

     should be something

        entirely different, A

     head which is green and

        fragrant

        that parts

     not eyes but

        looks like eyes

     I know

        tricks like that at other

     parts

        7 more feet

and a blinged out torso and

        competition will 1 gawk

             2 dissolve              3 hairs 3 inches in

                                                 diameter

very simple
