Episodes Reading Series

Episodes Reading Series was our seasonal, in-person event series in Buffalo, New York that ran from 2016 to 2020. At Episodes, we showcased visiting authors alongside a lineup of local poets, writers, visual artists, comedians, musicians, and drag queens in venues ranging from galleries and retail shops to writing centers, bookstores, backyards, and breweries. This series also included benefit readings, covers nights, anthology releases, dance parties, costume parties, and more.

 

When the Covid-19 pandemic hit in the spring of 2020, we initially brought Episodes online until later launching Crossover Episodes, the series' official virtual spinoff. Our in-person programming remains, for the most part, on hiatus.
